Busy McDonald's, food arrived fairly quickly, the drive thru was quite busy, and the staff were very friendly. Nice place like most McDonald's I'll definitely be back again. Thank you to everyone for your great service.

Young man called Sean think he’s a manager now… if I could give 6 stars I would. Used to come years ago with my husband thru the drive through and he was always so helpful and smiley. My husband got sick and we haven’t been in about 2 years, he passed a few months ago, but him and Sean would always chat away to each other.

On the road this morning and decided to stop in to McDonald’s to get a coffee and straight away he recognised me! Small thing like this made a huge difference, and I left with a smile on my face… whoever promoted him knows what they’re doing… easy for young people to not care about their part time job but to me it’s clear he cares about what he’s doing. Even the staff on the floor all smiles, makes such a difference to service standard also. Keep doing what you’re doing ☺️

I'm not one to leave negative reviews, but this was the most disgusting McDonald's I've ever visited. The floor was greasy and slippery as if they used the mop out of the kitchen covered in cooking grease. Toilets smelled like cat piss and didn't even want to breathe inside there. I ordered the pancakes and sausage with syrup for me partner. After hitting the road she opened the dish all there was was 3 ice cold pancakes, no syrup and no sausage. Absolutely appalling. Staff couldn't be bothered either, absolutely no customer service. Pure dirt!

Great service, was served by a young red headed girl named kayley!!! My partner and i felt very uncomfortable as we felt like we were watched by some lady manager just lingering and judging her staff, very bad to be treating staff like this as a happy worker us a good worker,any ways thank you kayley for your services fast and polite....

Management are a joke, roaring and shouting at their staff, sending them into frenzy and all on show through the drive thru window. Left waiting in the bay for almost half an hour for one frappe nothing else, about 5 more cars piled up waiting behind me. went in to see what the situation was only for a shift manager to not give a toss and tell me I’d get a refund because they had no frappe lids. Could have saved everyone time if they said this about 20 mins earlier. Frappe is obviously just a treat that can be done without, but the bad review is solely for management - driving their poor staff nuts.
